Uma embraces a warm, collaborative, and client-centred approach. She believes that therapy is most beneficial when it resembles a genuine conversation, built on trust, compassion, and genuine curiosity. Uma draws on approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution-Focused methods to help clients explore their patterns, emotions, and develop new ways of connecting with themselves and others.
