Offered online using Google Meet, individual therapy is open to individuals of all ages and backgrounds, offering a space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with a qualified therapist. The goal is to work collaboratively towards your therapeutic objectives in a secure and non-judgmental environment. We follow the standards of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), ensuring up-to-date training, supervision, and evidence-based approaches to their practice to support your mental health needs.

We believe finances should never be a barrier to therapy, so we offer affordable rates to make therapy accessible to students and individuals experiencing financial hardship.
